Group Class - Terms and Conditions

Monthly Advance Payment: To enrol in our group classes, payment must be made in advance on a monthly basis at the start of the month. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to maintain a well-organised class schedule.
Class Access: Once payment is received, you will have access to all scheduled classes, recordings and class materials for the month.

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your next class.
Refunds: Refunds are available for any unused classes after your cancellation notice, starting from the next scheduled class following your cancellation. Classes that occur within 24 hours of your cancellation notice are non-refundable.
- Example: If you cancel on the day of a class, that class is not refundable. However, any remaining classes in the month after this point will be refunded.
Sickness Policy: If you are unable to attend a group class due to sickness, we do not offer refunds. However, all classes are recorded, allowing you to watch them at your convenience. You can also contact your teacher via email to ask questions and clarify any doubts.

Permission to Record: By enrolling in our group classes, you grant us permission to record the sessions. These recordings will be shared on a closed platform accessible only to your classmates.
Privacy and Usage: The recorded videos are intended to help you and your classmates review and catch up on any missed content. Your privacy is important to us, and these recordings will not be shared outside of the class group without your explicit consent.

Respectful Behaviour: All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for each class to avoid disruptions and to ensure you get the most out of the session.

Equipment: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online classes.
Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s side. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Class Materials: All class materials, including recordings, handouts, and any other resources provided, are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of the class provider. Redistribution or sharing of these materials is prohibited.

Class Schedule: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and options for rescheduling will be provided.

Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the class signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
